MY STORY
After following in my father’s footsteps and practicing law for 10 years, I made the gut-wrenching decision to leave the only profession I had ever known. I was frustrated and despondent, had tried everything, lost my passion for the law, and felt like a failure. It was tough to get out of bed. In my office one day, I made a brave decision for the health and happiness I deserved. I was done. No mas.
While I was uncertain of my next move, afraid of making a mistake and disappointing my father, I was determined to figure it out. And that I did – not once, but three times over the next 25 years, successfully transitioning to careers in sales and training, wealth management and coaching.
I burned the candle at both ends and struggled with perfectionism, anxiety and undiagnosed ADHD - until I burned out.
My personal and professional journey, insatiable curiosity and desire for a better life led me to hire expert performance, business and life coaches. I immersed myself in the study of how results are created, why we don't achieve our goals, and how to collapse time. I faced and transformed the very things that kept me in struggle and push energy.
Today, I am blessed with clarity and focus, vibrant health, wonderful relationships, freedom, time and resources to live life on my own terms, and the privilege of speaking and doing work that I love as a Transformational Life and Leadership Success Coach.
